If a friend shares a comment with you on Reframe It, they can opt to send you this mail which notifies you that they want you to see what they have to say about a particular page on the world wide web. The great thing about Reframe It is that you can share privately, your opinions on the content, or; if you think it's obvious the World should know something in particular about the content, you can opt to make the comments you make Public.
